升 元亨 用見大人 勿恤 南征 吉

Interpretation

The Seung (Ascending) Hexagram has Kon (Earth) in the upper trigram and Son (Wind/Tree) in the lower trigram. Kon represents the earth, and Son represents wind and also trees. 九三 升虛邑

The term "He" refers to a large hill, and "He-eup" means a town situated on a large hill. When one reaches the top of a large hill, they will find success and benefit.
